Our dedicated New Homes Services team works hard to make sure you have the support you need – for the small things as well as the big ones.

The New Homes Services agents are there from the moment you move in. They are there to help as you settle in, so you can relax and enjoy your new home. We will be in touch regularly after you move in too, checking in to see how things are during your first year.

What to expect?

A member of the SO Resi team will carry out a home demonstration in person or virtually. They will also give you your Home User Guide, which is full of useful information about your new home, how to make the most of it, and explains about the different warranties that cover your new home.
