To qualify for this scheme you must:

  • Have the right to rent, proven by possessing British/EU/EEA citizenship or a valid UK residency visa.

You must not:

  • Already own a property in the UK or overseas, or are in the process of buying a property.
  • Have a household income that exceeds £60,000.
  • Have adverse rental history, for example, rent arrears or damage to a property
  • Have a history of bankruptcy, county court judgements (CCIs) or IndividualVoluntary Agreements (IVAs)
