Whether you live in the capital or elsewhere, this yearly conference gathers all the major company players in regard to first-buying. For SO Resi, this event was already a major success in 2022 and we're looking forward to this year's as well.

When: 15th April 2023
Where: Queen Elisabeth II Centre (QEII), Broad Sanctuary, Westminster, London. SW1P 3EE.
Price: FREE

Last year it was a great success. The SO Resi team made aware several people about Shared Ownership, a scheme which is becoming more and more popular nowadays. With the prices and inflation rising higher than ever, buying a percentage of a house in naturally more affordable. Owning a home becomes possible again for the average person.

Many changes have affected this scheme, especially recently. New regulations modified the requirements, making it more transparent, affordable and easier for first-time buyers to get onto the property ladder.

Helping customer understand how Shared Ownership works

Coming to the event not only will be beneficial to learn about Shared Ownership, but also all available schemes for first-time buying. Several workshops, speaker talks and financial & legal experts will be available throughout the day across the fair, making it really a once-a-year opportunity to learn more about the current property schemes.

Because of its open entry availability (the event is free!), we recommend everyone who can participate at the event to come and join us at the London Home Show and come visit our stand.
