CORONAVIRUS UPDATE: March 24th
In light of stricter Government measures to tackle the COVID-19 outbreak, we want to reassure you that we continue to do everything we must to ensure our staff, residents and prospective buyers are kept safe. Our teams are now all working remotely; we have every system in place to ensure that we can continue to provide you with a smooth, normal service.
If you are in the process of buying a SO Resi home, selling your home, buying more shares or re-mortgaging:
- We are continuing with our services and remain in close contact with solicitors and independent financial advisers to keep this on track. You will be updated if circumstances change or there is any delay beyond our control.
- If you have any concerns about purchasing a home, or you are unable to continue with your purchase for reasons resulting from the COVID-19 outbreak, please get in touch as soon as possible so we can discuss next steps. We understand this is a challenging and unprecedented situation and will do everything we can to help.
