Set in a leafy corner of one of London’s most sought after locations to live, Clapham has an appealing mix of good transport links, a bustling restaurant and café culture, shopping facilities, and flourishing social scene. Clapham benefits from fantastic travel connections, a 20 minute stroll and you’ll reach Clapham South; with the Northern line offering easy access to central London, Victoria and Oxford Circus in around 20 minutes. Clapham Junction offers excellent travel connections across the City. In under 10 minutes you can reach Waterloo and Victoria direct, allowing for nationwide travel.

When it comes to finding a good school, there are so many options; Clapham Manor Primary school has an outstanding Ofsted report. There are also a range of child friendly activities in the area including arts & crafts, dance and classes to develop social skills.

Clapham is the ultimate hub for wining and dining. You try some cocktails and a burger at the Revolution bar or maybe some juicy fall off the bone ribs from Chicago rib shack. Prefer a home cooked meal and a quiet night in? Visit the local Waitrose, Sainsbury’s or Wholefoods located just a two minute walk away from Clapham Junction station.

There are two fantastic local butchers in Clapham, M. Moen & Sons on The Pavement and The Ginger Pig in Abbeville Village. There is also the popular Macfarlane’s Delicatessen.

There is so much to do and see in Clapham. Sample delicious foods from a lively, fresh street market on Venn Street or have a relaxing day watching the clouds go by at Clapham Common Park.  A focal point for the community, all manner of sporting events and activities take place, as well as annual events including the popular SW4 festival.
