Your video appointment
We'll arrange a call with you to be able to capture details about your property including things like kitchen appliances, room layout and your preferred days for viewings. It is also an ideal time get dates of when access to your home can be arranged for accompanied viewings with our partner Viewber - a service that is covered within our Resale fees.
At this appointment we will view your property over video, note down any selling features and check identity documents. We'll also answer any questions you have about selling your home.

What happens next?
After your video call you can begin to obtain and upload the required documents to your My SO Resi account, this is done through your 'To do list'.
