Our dedicated Customer Care team work hard to make sure you have the support you need – for the small things as well as the big ones.
You have a dedicated Customer Care Surveyor from the moment you move in. They are there to help as you settle in – answering questions and dealing with any problems, so you can relax and enjoy your new home. We’ll be in touch regularly after you move in too, checking in to see how things are during your first year.
When you move in
Your Customer Care Surveyor will carry out a Home Demonstration in person or virtually. They will also give you your Home User Guide, which is full of useful information about your new home, and how to make the most of it. And they will tell you about the different warranties that cover your new home.
