The area boasts a number of excellent schools – state and independent – for all ages. Ofsted outstanding rated St Bede’s is just a short walk away. Other school options include Reigate St. Marys, Dunottar, Reigate Grammar, St Josephs and Royal Alexandra and Albert. The local college is also in close proximity. Within Park 25, there is a small local shop which is well stocked and a 2 minute walk from the property. Redhill is a 10 minute walk away and includes a large supermarket, gym and shopping centre with a range of shops. The town is currently benefitting from a major redevelopment on Marketfield way to include a wider range of restaurants and a new cinema. The Holmethorpe Estate is also walking distance and includes many DIY outlets and a small Tesco store. The North Downs Way is a short walk away as is Mercers Lake for those that enjoy the outdoors. Commuting from the flat could not be easier. Rail links (including Thameslink) to London Bridge, London Victoria, London St Pancras and Kings Cross depart regularly from Redhill station (a 10 minute walk) and trains to Gatwick Airport and the coast are also available. There is a local bus which stops 2 minutes away from the flat and serves the local area. The M25 (Junction 8) is a 10-minute drive away and the A25 and A24 are easily accessed.
